During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. Any material changes (such as a change of registered email address) must be communicated to ri889 support promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ri889 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify ri889 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ri889 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time ri889 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ri889 support will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license) and, where address verification is required, a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your registered address and issued within the preceding three months.
All transactions on the ri889 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ri889 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ri889 accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Processing: E-wallet deposits are credited to your ri889 balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to three minutes during standard WIB (UTC+7) banking hours. Deposits made outside standard banking hours may take longer to confirm; ri889 will process them as soon as the funds are confirmed received.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with ri889's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal processing time is an average of five minutes once the request has been approved. Withdrawal requests that trigger KYC verification requirements will be held pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.
Withdrawal Conditions: A Member must wager deposited funds at least once (1x) before a withdrawal of deposit principal is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements applicable to each promotion. ri889 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests above Rp 10.000.000 per transaction or Rp 50.000.000 per calendar month.
ri889 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or telecommunications failures. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, ri889 reserves the right to freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation, without prior notice.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ri889's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ri889's liability for death or personal injury caused by ri889's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ri889.
You may close your ri889 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method within five business days, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.
ri889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, ri889 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the Member. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, subject to applicable law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law applicable to the online gaming industry. ri889 is licensed and regulated internationally; specific jurisdictional licensing details are available upon written request to our support team.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, or to your use of the ri889 platform, that cannot be resolved through ri889's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 15) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents ri889 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the platform or its Members.
ri889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ri889 will provide notice to registered Members via the email address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the ri889 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date. The current version of these Terms & Conditions, with its effective date, is always accessible from the footer of every page on ri889.app.
